My Fitness Journey
When you try and transform your life theres always going to be a learning curve.
My fitness journey. I started to fall off the wagon sadly. We left for miami on thursday and i had set the intention to work out in the fitness center there every day but it just didnt. I grew up playing soccer for as long as i can remember. My fitness journey isnt straightforward and you shouldnt expect yours to be either.
Every diet you try that doesnt work and every workout routine that isnt right gets you closer and closer to discovering what choices are right what habits will work and how you will ultimately find balance for. Maybe most importantly the internal changes and struggles have been the most challenging. Feb 25 my fitness journey. Its so funny because a week ago i was feeling very much in shape working out 5 days a week with my trainer and enjoying my workouts.
I started around 5 years old and. I open up about my fitness journey and how to start getting disciplined to start working out. Its just finding what works for you at that moment what makes you happy. I do not know who all reads this but if i can just help or inspire one person then thats fulfilling enough to me.
To be honest i was in funk. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this series as much as i have enjoyed sharing it. My fitness journey has certainly not been a linear one. My fitness journey will never be a finished series your body changes everyday its a life long commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Ive had several people ask me to talk about what i do to stay in shape. Ive had more ups and downs than i care to remember or admit. My followers on instagram shared with me that they wanted me to speak about fitness. And let me tell you that sucked.
I cant believe i am saying that but it is the truth. Due to lifes circumstances i wasnt able to make it to the gym for about a week and a half.
